When I first heard this song as a single, it got me excited for what was to come with the full album.ĭark Skies – This track definitely gets me pumped up and is a great song to listen in the gym. The synth that sounds like it’s continually rising in pitch drives me wild. Satisfy – The lead single off the album is a sexy song that reminds me of the style that artist Gesaffelstein uses. I found myself smiling to this song when you hear the piano and rain falling in the song. Band member Daniel and vocalist Alana duet in this synth heavy song. Into The Night – Put your hands up for this one. It’s sound is full and empowering with a long buildup. A hint of violin and this song, combined with Alana’s vocal, is a song that you’ll want to go “aww” to.īetween II Worlds (title track) – If you like the spacey-atmospheric songs from NERO’s past, then I think you’ll like this one. They have really stepped up their writing game with this album and it shows in this song. What Does Love Mean – I’m pretty sure that NERO wants us to cry at their live shows now compared to previously wanting us to rage the night away. It’s the little things that count which can make someone feel special I enjoy the piano during the breakdown of this song and the lyrics of the song are sweet. Two Minds – This song shows how much NERO has changed their sound. Overall, a track that takes my breath away. The buildup brings you into a chorus and beat that makes you want to drive fast down the interstate. It Comes And It Goes – Alana shows off her angelic voice in this track. Overall, the song is a powerful anthem that I’m sure you’ll enjoy. The bass-line in The Thrill makes any cat purr. Alana is able to show off her voice on this track with her smooth and sexy range. The Thrill – This song is their best single off of the Between II Worlds album. You can also purchase it on iTunes.Ĭircles – The album starts off with a track that has a great dance beat that gets you grooving with powerful lyrics such as While many of the songs have been released already as singles, there are a couple gems to be found on the new album. The album also features live instruments which add to the sound.
Between II Worlds features 12 beautifully mastered tracks with returning vocals by Alana Watson. The followup to the 2011 album Welcome Reality from NERO has been released.
